Returns and Repairs

Instructions for Returns                                Last Updated - 7/24/2014

To begin the process of a return please email or call a Protech Medical representative. Contact information can be found at the bottom/footer of our website as well as throughout this return page. (1) You must provide a reason for the return and (2) you must be issued an RMA number after your reason is given. Once you are issued an RMA label or an RMA number, the RMA label must be included in the box you are returning the item in and the RMA number must be written on the outside of the box in some circumstances. It is always helpful to include a paper containing your RMA #, name, address, and reason for return.

When an item is received in a shipping box with the proper RMA information included, we will then begin a review process that may take 2 or more days. Protech Medical holds the right, in all circumstances, to refund, partially refund, or deny a refund claim. Protech reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise to ensure the product is in new condition in order to be eligible to receive credit. You must contact Protech to receive a return authorization and further instructions. For special rules on returns, please see below.

Note: Only returns received with an RMA form will be processed and refunded.

Protech Medical will do their best to make sure all items received are in perfect condition. Warranty and product information will be included with the product when shipped. If for any reason items received are damaged, please save all boxes and packaging material and contact Protech Medical immediately via email jarrod@protechmed.com or phone at 561-627-9769. Please provide original invoice or a sales order number (if possible) and a brief explanation of the reason for return after contacting a representative.
